Wet N Wild Limited Edition Palette in Purple Drank

This palette was the palette that I was most excited for when it came to the Wet N Wild Limited Edition Fergie Summer collection of 2014. This palette is in Purple Drank, which I think its perfect. Everything from the name to the colors, it just screams my name.

Purple Drank is a mixture of beautiful purples and champaign colors. I do not own any palettes that look like this which I was most excited for because the color scheme was perfect. Plus including 3 purples, it just ties together really well.

Going from left to right in a circle motion we have a shimmery light champaign color that kinda reminds me of All That Glitters by MAC, its just a tad more lighter. Then next to that we have a nice medium pink/champaign color with a lot of shimmery. Then starting with the purples we have a beautiful medium purple with a hint of pink which is a matte shade with a tiny bit of shimmer, so its also and almost matte shade. Then we have a light purple which is also an almost matte shade, there is just a tiny bit of shimmer. Then lastly we have a dark purple which is also a matte shade.

The colors were just perfect, and I found all the shades to be very pigmented compared to Blue Eyed Soul. I love the color combination and this palette I highly recommend. I would give it a A rating.

Wet N Wild Limited Edition Palette in Blue Eyed Soul

Hey loves, today I have an exciting post of the new Wet N Wild Fergie Summer Collection 2014. I went to Walgreen's to see what was left of this collection, and luckily they had two palettes left, (there were two others I believe that were sold out) plus they had all the lipsticks in stock as well which was something I wanted the most. But today I am going to be posting about the two palettes I was able to get and for this post I will be talking about Blue Eyed Soul.

Blue Eyed Soul comes with 5 different eyeshadow colors to make a beautiful smokey eye or a look with a pop of blue. I am a fan of gray so when I saw this palette I was super excited. Which this palette is a limited edition palette, so if you want it, I'd go look and see if you can find it before its sold out.

Starting from left to right, in a circle motion, we have a matte cream color, then we have a medium shade blue with shimmer, then we have a light gray with shimmer, and then we have a medium shade gray (which is my favorite) because it is a matte shade. Then of course in the middle we have a black shade.

Some of the colors were fairly pigmented. The gray matte shade was the best color-off I would say, and as well as the shimmery gray. The white came a crossed a little chalky and I wish the blue was a little bit more pigmented. The black was actually more pigmented then most of the Wet N Wild palettes, so I was impressed with that. I think the looks you could make with this palette would all be gorgeous. Overall I would have to give this palette a B- rating. It was a decent palette for the price and for being drugstore. If you are looking for a nice smokey type palette, I would recommend you trying this one out.

The Balm Meet Matt(e) Nude Palette

Hey everyone today I have an excited post on The Balm's Meet Matt(e) Nude palette. I have always been such a huge fan of The Balm. Not only do they have amazing quality products, but the packaging is to die for. They always come up with such creative packaging and names for all of there products. I ended up purchasing this baby when they were having 50% off there whole entire site which was probably the best sale ever! So lets go a head and jump into all the photos and swatches!

This palette comes with 9 different shades, which like the name of the palette, they are all matte shades. Matte shades are just perfection. I am always a sucker for mattes, and having an all matte palette what could be better?

So starting with the top row we have Matt Johnson which is a medium grey shade, then we have Matt Garcia which is a beautiful medium brown with a hint of red and then lastly we have Matt Malloy which is just a white.

Next three shades we have going from left to right is Matt Rosen which is just a lighter brown then in the middle is Matt Wood (the name cracks me up) which is just a very dark brown. Then lastly we have Matt Singh which is just a peachy pink. Which this set of 3 is my favorite. You can create such a beautiful look just using these 3 shades!

Then on to the last three shades. Going from left to right we have Matt Abdul which is very light grey, then in the middle we have Matt Lombardi which is a pretty medium yellow shade then lastly is Matt Hung (I died when I saw the name) which is a beautiful taupe color.

I am seriously in love with this whole entire palette. All of the colors are amazing when it came to pigmentation and they all apply smoothly. I did not find them chalky like a lot of other matte shades I have dealt with and this is a palette I highly recommend. You can buy this palette here for here for $42.00. Let me know what you think of this palette and what your favorite shade is!

My MAC Alluring Aquatic Haul

Hey girls, I am sure everyone and there mother knows by now that MAC released there new summer collection which is the Alluring Aquatic collection. I have never been so excited about a collection before because the packaging is seriously to die for. I love the blue packaging with the water droplet effect which is just amazing.

I stayed up all night waiting for this collection. I literally had my alarm set for about every 45 minutes. Which was crazy since the collection didn't release on MAC until about 9:30 A.M. And when it released the collection went fast on the website. Luckily I was able to get everything that I had on my wish list, so I thought I would share with you what I got. I will also be doing full reviews and swatches once I test out the products.

So I ended up picking two lipsticks that really caught my eye. One is in the shade Mystical and the other shade is Enchanted One.

Then I also got one of the eye shadows in Lorelei and one blush in Sea Me Hear Me.

I am so in love with everything I bought. Let me know what your favorite thing was from this collection. Like I said I will have full review and swatches up on my blog once I finally use the product.

ELF Smudge Pots Swatches & First Impression

Hey loves, I recently ordered some of these new ELF Smudge Pots when I had ordered my ELF Blush Palettes, since they finally had all the colors in stock that I had wanted, so I went a head and did a first impressions video as well as swatches for you guys. I will be doing a blog review on all of these once I am able to play around with them a little more! I hope you guys enjoy the video!

Milani Baked Blush in Delizioso Pink

Hey everyone today I have a fun post of the new Milani blushes. They had released actually quit a while, but I was finally able to get my hands on them. They did come out with two new baked blushes but with a matte finish so of course I had to pink them out. The one I will be talking about in this post is in the shade Delizioso Pink.

Delizioso Pink is a hot pink matte shade. The one thing I love the most about the Milani blushes is how much product you get in each blush. This blush has 3.5 grams of product which is equal to a MAC blush, plus the price is only $7.99 so it is such a great deal for the amount of product you actually get. Also this blush was extremely pigmented. It is indeed a nice bright hot pink color and a little goes a long way. You only need to dab your brush into the pan just a little to get the color payoff, and of course you can build it up to be extremely colorful on your cheeks.

Overall I would give this blush a A+. You can purchase it here or as well as the Milani website, since I know it can be a tad hard to find there products. I normally have to drive a hour away or order online.

Milani Lipstick in Rose Hip

Hey loves, I am on yet another Milani kick. I recently purchased some more Milani products, and Rose Hip is my newest in my Milani lipstick collection. I am one of those girls that has to have every color of something so I can complete my collection, and Milani lipsticks are part of that. I have always been a huge fan of there products so I hope these post help you decide what lipsticks you want to try next!

Rose Hip is a bright hot pink with a cream finish. It is extremely opaque and the color is seriously gorgeous. It does not streak at all on the lips and like all other Milani lipsticks it smells amazing. I really have nothing bad to say about this lipstick because it is everything I could ask for in a lipstick. It also is hydrating on the lips and not drying at all.

This lipstick is $4.99 and can be bought here! Let me know what your favorite Milani lipstick is so I can add it to my wish list as well!

ELF Dark Blush Palette Swatches & Review

Hey girls, I am so excited to finally be doing a post on the new ELF Blush Palette in Dark. I ended up purchasing both the light and dark palette, and I waited so long because every time I went to go purchase them they were always sold out. Luckily they are back in stock and you can purchase them here! Each palette comes with 4 different shades of blush and they are only $6 each. Which you cannot beat a blush palette for only $6, that is seriously amazing. So of course I was super excited when these released.

The dark palette comes with one medium shade pink blush, a hot pink blush, a red blush and also a dusty mauve/red blush. All of the colors would look great on all skin tones I would say. I am fairly pale so they are a bit dark to my liking but the shades are all very beautiful. I found that these blushes were fairly matte with no shimmer except for the red blush that had a tiny hint of gold shimmer, but it did not come up when I swatched it.

I did not find the texture of these to be chalky. They all have a smooth texture which makes it easy to blend these out. They are very silky and the pigmentation was just crazy. I never had seen so much pigmentation in a drug store blush palette. In fact I cannot think of any drug store blush palette out there, so I do believe this one would be a first. Plus is also comes with a big mirror which I love.

Overall I would give this palette a big A+ because the quality was fantastic. Which this will also be great for traveling since you will have 4 different shades to choose from. If you are skeptical about purchasing this, I would say go for it because you cannot beat the price of only $6.

My Makeup Vanity Tour

Hey girls, I recently filmed my vanity tour and posted it on YouTube. I finally had my vanity set up the way I liked it and that made it easier for me every time I do my makeup. So I hope this video helps you as well when it comes to storing your everyday makeup!

Essie Purple Polishes Swatches

Hey loves, with summer right around the corner I wanted to take the next month to post some of my nail polish swatches. I am starting off with Essie because I have so many Essie nail polishes so I wanted to show you guys the swatches of them, in hopes to help you guys pick up some fun nail polishes for this summer time. How I have it set up is I will be posting 3 colors at a time. And this post will be dedicated to purples.

The first color I have is DJ Play That Song which is just a bright purple shade. This color is one of my favorites for the summer because it just gives your nails such a great pop of color.

You can purchase this shade here!

Next we have Bond With Whomever which is just a beautiful light lilac shade which is also a great one for summer. I also love this shade for the Spring because it is a pastel color.

You can purchase this polish here!

Lastly we have Sexy Divide which is just a dark purple shade. This one is very dark so I don't wear it too much in the summer, but dark nails have really been on trend this year.

Which this shade can be bought here!

Limited Edition L'Oreal Lipstick in Jennifer's Nude

Hey loves, I have another post on one of the new Limited Edition lipsticks from the L'Oreal Privee collection. And this one is in the shade Jennifer's Nude, which is by far my new favorite nude shade. I have never loved a lipstick as much as I loved this one! It's just like bells going off when you find that perfect nude shade and this one did just that for me.

Jennifer's Nude is a beautiful light beige pink. It has a very moisturizing finish to it which makes your lips look so refreshed and moisturized. The pigmentation was great and this lipstick can be very build-able. So you could apply it once for just a hint of color or apply it 3 or 4 times for a more opaque color. I am so happy I was about to get my hands on this because it was beautiful.

Overall I would give this lipstick a A.

E.L.F Moisturizing Lipstick in Rosy-Go-Round

I have been on such a huge E.L.F kick lately since they keep coming out with some many new products and beautiful colors. So today I have a post on the E.L.F Moisturizing lipstick in Rosy-Go-Round. Which I had found at Target. Now, I realize the packaging is different then the ones on the website. I am not sure why there is two different packaging for these lipsticks, so if this one looks different then the one you have, it is because this one was bought from Target.

Rosy-Go-Round is a a pretty medium pink with a berry undertone. It also has a satin texture. These lipsticks are enriched with Shea and all different vitamins which help nourish and hydrate your lips. The pigmentation on this lipstick was much better than the other one I had tried. It really does help moisturize your lips and looks flawless. The only thing about this lipstick is that you do have to apply it every few hours because the color wears off easily.

Overall I would give this lipstick a B. They are only $3.00 so it is a super affordable lipstick.

Too Faced A La Mode Eyes Palette

Hey girls, I am so excited to finally be doing a review on this beautiful palette! I have had it for a while already and finally got around to playing with is. This is part of the Too Faced summer collection and this palette is an Ulta exclusive.

A La Mode Palettecomes with 9 different colors and the packaging is tin instead of cardboard. It also comes with inserts to show you different ways to do your makeup. It comes with three different looks: Day, Classic and Fashion. All of the shades are so beautiful in there own unique way making this palette amazing. The packaging is one of my favorite things about this palette since it is a tin packaging and the colors are just perfect for the summer. It makes me want to go on a getaway to an island.

Now on to the eye shadows them selves:

Day: The day shades consists of St. Tropez which is an almost matte shade with a slight gold shimmer. It is a very light cream color. Cannes is a pretty golden orange with shimmer. And Soleil is one of my favorite shades in this whole palette. It is a nice shimmery brown with a little mixture of gold and red shimmer.

Classic: Riviera which is also a light cream color which more of a golden/yellow undertone. Jardin is a beautiful medium shade pink with gold shimmer. A Cote d'Azur is a beautiful taupe color, which is also another one of my favorites from this palette.

Fashion: La Croisette is a white shade with a lot of shimmer to it. Monaco is a board line hot pink matte shade. This color is the one that surprised me the most and I was so excited to see how pigmented it was. And then lastly De La Mer which is a dark black with blue undertones.

Overall out of all of the shades I thought they all swatched well. Some of the colors were way more pigmented then the others. I would give this palette a B+. The packaging is amazing and the colors are just so different. I don't have any palettes like this and I know I will be using this palette a lot this summer. It does retail for $36.00 and can be purchased from here! Let me know what your favorite thing about this palette is.
